My name is Graeme, a passionate writer with a strong Content Marketing background.
Over the last seven years, I have developed an extensive portfolio of SEO Content writing, helping various brands improve their organic traffic, customer experience, and, ultimately, profits!
My Passion
From an early age, I knew that I loved to write. My favourite subjects were always writing-based, like History and English.
However it wasn't until my final year of school, when my teacher told me I should do Journalism at university, did I think that it was something I could pursue as a career.
But I knew I had to try! And although Journalism didn't turn out to be my cup of tea, I paired it with Creative Writing, and absolutely loved those modules.
After a few years of plying my trade in some fantastic marketing teams, and writing content for various promotions and platforms, I decided to take the leap and truly focus on writing as a career.
And I have never looked back.
A Little Bit About Me
Don't get confused by the photo - I am a terrible surfer!
But I think this photo perfectly depicts how I approach my hobbies and work. From a young age, I played a lot of cricket, at a pretty good level. However, as I continued down the path of becoming a professional cricketer, deep down I knew my heart wasn't in it. But when you are younger it is hard to say that to those that support you!
After a couple of knee operations side-lined me in my early twenties, I have taken the opportunity to try different hobbies and sports, focusing primarily on fun and not performance!
Currently, I do a lot of CrossFit, while also trying to learn other skills such as surfing, skateboarding, and basketball.
